Offered here is an original Pet Shop Boys – Disco LP, and Cover only for “Always on my Mind” 12 inch. Both were hand-signed by both Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe (The Pet Shop Boys) during an in-person promotional appearance at a Sound Warehouse record store, on Beltline Road, in Dallas, Texas, in the late 1980s. The 2 albums were signed directly in front of me during the appearance. Just to be clear , ONLY the “Disco” vinyl album is included and intact. The “Always On My Mind”. ONLY the cover is here and that’s the part with the autographs of the two band members. The band spent the day signing autographs and interacting with fans, and joked repeatedly that it was their first time visiting Dallas, making this a particularly memorable event. They were in the US doing tour dates and it was in April, 1989 I believe. This copies have been carefully kept since the signing and remain an excellent example of early Pet Shop Boys memorabilia from their pre-tour U. ? Signatures & Provenance. Signed in person by Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe. No third-party COA, but accompanied by original photographs from the signing event (to be included in the listing once located), showing the band at the appearance and signing items. Record/Vinyl LP: The actual album appears to be in good condition although I don’t have a turntable so I have no way to test it or play it. All I know is it worked the last time I played it, which was many years ago, but it’s been stored in good conditions and has not been messed with or handled over that time. Cover: Original cover, on both, shows light age-appropriate wear. Signatures: Clear, bold, and well-placed on the front cover (see photos). Close-ups of both signatures. Full album front and back and 2nd Cover. Vinyl record label and surface. Original photographs from the signing event. The photos were taken waiting in line and then there’s one photo of me walking up towards the table and then a close-up, but I’m right there and they’re signing things so please refer to the photos for any questions which I’d be glad to answer just hit me up.
